2. Dates of Promotion: Promotion begins May 17, 2024, at 1:00 p.m. MT and ends May 19, 2024, at 11:59 p.m. MT.

3. How to Enter: Participants must click on the following link or scan a QR code that’ll lead them to a form to complete. Form can be completed here. This must be completed before the end of the promotion to be counted as an entry. Only one entry per Participant is allowed.

4. Drawing/Odds: On May 20, 2024, ten (10) winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries. Odds of winning will depend upon the total number of eligible entries received for the promotion. The winners will be contacted individually shortly after the random drawing via their email address with instructions for collecting the prize. If the Sponsor can’t contact a prospective prize winner within one week of the first attempt, or if the Participant does not respond to the message within one week, that Participant’s prize will be forfeited. The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to randomly select an alternative eligible entrant for the applicable Prize from remaining eligible entries.

5. Prizes: The ten (10) winners randomly selected will each receive one (1) Yoga Collection Bundle (Prize retail value: $80.00). The total retail value for all prizes is $800.00. The prizes will be mailed to the verified winners. The value associated with the prize may be taxable as income, and the prize winners are solely responsible for any taxes, including but not limited to all applicable federal, state and local taxes that become due with respect to the value of the prize. No compensation will be provided for any prize that can’t be awarded. Winning a prize constitutes permission for the Sponsor to use prize winners’ name, address (city and state), voice, and/or likeness for purposes of advertising, promotion, and publicity—for this promotion only—without further compensation.

Release: Participants hereby release the Sponsor and their employees, agents, officers, directors, and other affiliated parties from any liability associated with participation in this promotional event.
